How Do You Know You're Ready To License Your Music?

You're ready to commit 30 minutes on week days and 4-5 hours on week ends for the next 30 days.

You have at least 3 tracks that are fully mixed and mastered. Demos don't cut it in sync music licensing.

You own 100% of the copyrights related to the music composition and sound recording.

Your songs are already copyrighted and/or registered with a Performance Rights Organization like ASCAP or BMI

Why am I recommending you sort all this out BEFORE you take this challenge?

Simply because this challenge only makes sense if you can focus on music licensing for the next 30 days.

If you're worrying about split sheets, cover songs and copyrights, you're not quite ready to license your music.

You should take the 30 day music admin challenge instead!

My promise

By the end of this challenge, if you follow the curriculum from start to finish:

You'll understand how music licensing works, what the current market looks like and where your music fits in.

Some of your songs will be featured in music libraries.

You'll know what to answer when people ask what kind of music you make or what your music sounds like.
